: I have had psoriatic arthritis for over 20 years, the best topical treatment I have taken for short term use was Dovonex cream. But it only held a few weeks. Then I read a report where they alternate dovonex and hydrocortisone. I did not want to be bothered with that so I make a mixture of 1 oz hydrocortisone, 1/2 oz dovonex, in about 2 oz vasoline, and 2 oz of lotion. This lets me apply it often and keeps the skin moist. I have been able to keep my skin nearly clear for almost a year with this. Has anyone else tried something like this.

: On the PA email list we have been talking about the benefits of evening primrose oil for our condition. Have any of you tried it?

: Supposedly 1000mg per ailment which means 2000mg per day for P + A. Might not see signs of it working for six months. It also helps reduce cholesterol. Is known to help with cramps and womens cycles and PMS and other things like helping to release sex hormones. Guess it couldn't hurt.
