: : I just had a nerve conduction test done today to make sure I had no nerve damage as my hands wake up numb in the moring especially my little finger

This has been happening to me lately. I'll wake up and my ring and little fingers will be completely numb and curled down toward the palm. They are so numb I think I could bite them off and not feel any pain. It takes me a good minute of intensive massaging to "awaken" them. Is this a serious problem or just a nuisance? I'm only 24, but I'm on my computer constantly. If you could e-mail your response, I'd appreciate it.
