: My grandma has severe rhuematiod arthritis. She can hardly grip anything. All her appliances have big buttons or easy to turn knobs. She really wants a computer so she can go on-line. How do others cope with this problem and has anybody ever heard of an easy to work computer? I don't know if she even has the strength in her hands to click on the mouse. If anybody can help I would really appreciate it.

Have you thought of the voice software where she would speak without having to type? There are a variety available.
