I am male, 51 and have suddenly come down with arthritis symptoms of the sacroliac joints and facet joints of L4 and L5. I also was found to have osteoporosis of which they're still trying to find the cause. So far, low testosterone and excess calcium excretion in the urine has been discovered. I underwent 3 weeks of physical therapy and have continued the exercises at home. I walk 2 miles in the morning and 1 at night and have continued to do my exercises at home. My back has gotten worse the past week, and I think this might have been aggravated by the exercises. Anyone have any advice about either of these conditions and with the possible adverse effects exercise may have on sacroiliac arthritis? Thank you.
