I have arthritis in my knee and its getting worse. The knee is bad, and there is a lot of referred pain that runs down my leg which is almost worse than the knee. The doctor didn't suggest knee replacement yet, but told me he could do some surgery on the knee cap that would probably help. Could anyone give me some advice as to what I can do to lessen the pain I'm experiencing. Right now I'm taking aspirin, and I've already tried Viox that didn't work as well as aspirin.
