:I have RA and have used G&C for several months and I believe it helps the most when my joints are "crunching". I think it helps to replace the cartilage but I have no proof of that via xray. Several small joints that used to get inflamed have healed and the RA didn't come back. The whole process takes about a year and a half but then it just moves on to another joint! I think it has prevented destruction of the joint. It is not a quick fix though.
