: I have a few questions. I have been told I probably have arthritis. right now I can't afford testing hoping soon. I am trying to deal with the fatigue and pains I have daily. I was wondering what others reccomend as an over the counter for the pain. advil doesn't help a lot. especially when its bad. the other question I had is how to handle the fatigue its driving me crazy. Its not enough sleep i just have no energy. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

:I just take Ecotrin aspirin for pain. If you are extremely fatigued, you may be anemic. People with RA often have need of Folic Acid, iron, Vitamin C, and Zinc. A blood test could tell you. I take lots of vitamins and find it helps alot. Also aspirin or anti inflammatories cause a shortage of vitamin C and bone loss. You may need calcium also. It is also very depressing to be in pain all the time which can cause fatigue.
