I too am being held back with knee replacements in both knees. Med have not helped. Water exercise does help. Watch that aspirin and have your doctor monitor you. It can at some time cause internal bleeding. Had both knees cleaned out three years ago being told it would help. Nope. Now it's time to do it again. Why should I?
