today I got back MRI results and was told I have osteoarthritis in my spine all the way from the neck down. Said I have a slight bulging disk in the neck and at least one more farther down in the back. Said I had bony growths on the vertebrae and something about in my neck something was more on the left side and could be crowding things. Pinched nerves are pretty likely.
I am only 47, isn't this a bit young for all this?
And my second question...what to I do about it? Is there something I can do or change to slow the progression of this down some? What can I expect?
Thanks in advance for any advice. I know nothing about all this.
