Adian; I have RA, and chronic pancreatitis, and while I take many medications, there are times that I still have pain unaffected by the meds. For the joint pain, a hot bath with epsom salts helps, letting the hot water run on the sore spot. For the all over pain, I have a tape of American Indian reed flute music- I put it on, lay down and clear my mind of all but the music. The relaxation seems to take my mind off the pain, and I feel some better. I also take vitamin E for energy. The sooner you can get tested the better, and there are drug companies that will give you meds if you can't afford them. Good luck, I hope this helps a little.: I have a few questions. I have been told I probably have arthritis. right now I can't afford testing hoping soon. I am trying to deal with the fatigue and pains I have daily. I was wondering what others reccomend as an over the counter for the pain. advil doesn't help a lot. especially when its bad. the other question I had is how to handle the fatigue its driving me crazy. Its not enough sleep i just have no energy. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
