My 5 yr. old just started using Enbrel about four weeks ago. I believe there is some improvement. I would recommend it from other testimonies that I have read. Her doctor is not going to taper off her methotrexate though. One does not take the place of the other, rather that the two different drugs treat the disease in different ways. Have you seen how expensive the Enbrel is? I think it's worth trying though.
