iJUST HAD SURGERY YESTERDAY FOR DETERIATING DISK AND I FEEL SO MUC BETTER. i COULDNT HARDLY WALK AND AFTER THE SURGERY I WAS UP WALKING WITH NO PROBLEM AND THE PAIN IS GONE i HOPE THIS WILL ANSWER A LITTLE BIT OF YOUR QUESTION. sANDY
