Read in the paper this morning an article about
glucosamine. They said it is either derived from
shellfish or cow cartilage. Lady who wrote letter
to paper had said she heard that the cow cartilage
may have pieces of the animal in it, and could a person
possibly get a disease from it? Has anyone heard
anything about this, and which type is safest to use?
The article was in "The People's Pharmacy" by Joe
Graedon. I'm thinking of starting to take a product
for joints, but would like to know anything about this
if possible, before I purchase one. Thanks for any
information.
