hello,could anyone help me, I am 40year old male with a heavy job, recently my right arm has become very stiff to the point I cannot straighten it out, it is at its worst on a mornining,am I doing the right thing by useing an icepack 3times A day and if so howlong should I apply the ice for, and would light wieghts help, I do not want drugs,
