I suffer from arthritis and for other medical reasons have to reduce/stop the use of anti-inflammatory drugs.
It has been sugested that heated vibrating pads or cushions can offer help.
Is there any scientific discussion of the use of heat and/or vibration in the relief of arthritic pain?
