I am 29 years old and I have been to doctors for several years re pain in both of my wrists. After going to all kinds of doctors and running all kinds of tests, the last dr said it was just arthritis. The funny thing is that it happens in my hands and wrists mostly, and it is not all the time, just sparatically. Sometimes it's in both, sometimes in just one. I do not know a whole lot about arthritis, but is it unusual for it to happen just every now and then. When it does start hurting, the pain is sometimes so bad it keeps me up at night. The last dr gave me motrin, and that does not even phase the pain. I am getting desparate and do not know if it really is arthritis and whether I should go back to another doctor. Also, what alternative medicine can I try?
