Go on the internet and look up the work now being done by Dr. Alan Ebringer at Kings University in London on spinal arthritis. He apparently has found a link between body tissue type, diet, and spinal arthritis. According to some of his published works, he has developed some strict dietary guidelines, what he calls the "AS Diet", which he has found to be very useful in combatting this form of arthritis, sometimes even causing its reversal. Get on the net and do a search for his name and see what you get, it may help.
