Hi there ! I've had flu vaccines every year for the past eight or nine years. Never had a reaction,
per se, but always feel just a little more sore and tired the day of and after. I think it really helps.
I have three kids in school and they always bring home every germ, but I've been spared the
worst of the flu when I've had the shots. I have psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia, and even though
I'm on methotrexate this year, I'm still going to get the vaccine. I think it's definately worth it,
unless you've had a reaction to a previous vaccine. Good Luck!
