: Does anyone take Zoloft to help deal with the pain of arthritis? If so, what are the pros/cons? Thanks.

I've been on Zoloft off and on for a few years. I never found that it did much for pain, it's mostly
an anti-depressive medication. I take 100 mg in the morning, and find that it brightens my
mood a bit, and staying positive is a lot easier. I had reservations about anti-depressants,
who wouldn't be depressed when you're in pain? But taking Zoloft does help, and I've heard
of a lot of other people with arthritis that use it too, and has helped them. Talk to your dr about it
Good luck!
