: After some discomfort at the back of my left knee my G.P. has diagnosed a Bakers Cyst.
He has suggested that I should do nothing as it should resolve itself on its own. However I am quite active sportingly and hope to run the London Marathon next year.
So far running and squash doesnt seem to cause any problems other than the usual stiffness (Im 40 yrs old) Has anyone experience of the effect of medium to severe training on this condition..Also how long is it likely to be before it goes away.
