Hi everyone I have degenerative disc disease and ostioarthritis in my knees as well as my back. I have had 7 surgeries on my left knee and 3 on my right. The last surgery on my left knee was a partial knee replacement done last year October. It seemed to work really well for a while but when I started to go up and down stairs it seemed like I never had the surgery at all. Last week I went in and had a bone scan done it showed major hot spots in the area of the equipment that wasput in my knee. I am now looking at having the surgery redone. The doctor that I go to is really great. He has tried different meds and I have also gone to a pain clinic with no relief. I had 3 epiderals in my back that was painful and a waste of time for I got no relief out of it. I cannot take any of the meds for arthritis or inflammation. I take vicodan for the pain and it helps some. I,ve tried therapy on both my knees and my back but I always land up on crutches or flat on my back. Therapy for me just makes matters alot worse. Well thanks for listening.
