I am in my early thirties and i'm wondering if I am getting arthritis in my right hand. I am a righty. My fingers and knuckles hurt. It is not very painful, but sore. I have been icing it. Which pain releiver is thr best? Is this how arthritis starts? How can a dr. diagnose it, blood test, or only obervation? I have been trying to rest the hand and use my left hand as usual. The problem started in the summer when I was gardeninig. I attributed it to the digging. It would hurt after the digging. Now it has this acheness, soreness. It has not prevented me from activities so far. Could it be water retention, but only in my right hand? As far as I know, there is no history in myfamily. My 90r old grandma doesn't have it.
