I began to have asthma at the age of about 45. I have had problems with bronchitis before but not this bad. I usually take steroids and get over it. My former Doctor said I had plain asthma and it is not caused by allegeries. I take 2 breathing treatments every day to have quality of life. This has worked for about 14 years. Now it seems worse. I am at a loss of what to do next. I take Uniphyl, Accolate, use Ventolin Sol/Intal & Atrovent in my nebulizer daily. I use Ventolin Inhalers as needed. I use Aerobid M twice daily. What else do you suggest. I saw Zopenex advertised and wondered if this might help. Maybe I have become immuned to the other medicines. Help!
