I have had asthma since I was 2 years old, and it has progressivley gotten worse over the years. Although my inhalers help me to breathe when having difficulty, the side-effects from these drugs are less than desirable for me. I started taking vitamin supplements 5 months ago for my asthma and allergies and started to notice a difference within a few short weeks. For the first time in my life, I am now able to exercise without getting wheezy and have not taken any inhalers in almost 4 months. I am finally breathing drug-free!
