: Hi Sarah,
: Thank for the sugesstion. That is what my husband suggested, I just thought
: I would check to see what others are doing. What brand and kind of Vitamin A
: do you use?
: : Hi,
: : : I must start vitamin A in my 3 and 1/2 year old girl.
: : : I bought the Dale Alexander's Norweign Cod liver Oil mint flavor
: : : and was not successful at getting her to take it in her milk
: : : substitute. Does anyone have any suggestions on brands or in
: : : getting her to take it. She has the classic bumps on the backsides
: : : of her arms just above the elbow which Dr Megson mentions in her
: : : clinical observations of the terrible effects these mesales vaccines have.
: : : Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
: : : Thanks Ann
: : Hi Ann
: : I don't know whether this will help or not. My son takes his CLO in a syringe just as he is about to have breakfast. He knows that it does him good and he is very easy by nature. I have simply told him that he has to take it and that daddy takes it too - that helped alot in the beginning because it does taste so "yukky" and I also know how much he is getting.

Please do further research on cod liver oil. There are now numerous studies showing toxic levels of heavy metals in these oils, which far outweigh the benefits. Eating 2-3 portions weekly of Salmon, makarel and other cold water fish have the same benefits with out the extreme concentration of the toxins
