Hey guys, I am looking for any and all info about the CAP program in NC. My son and nephew have been on the waiting list for a while and my nephew just got APPROVED - YES. He needs it more than Kyle does cause of all the expenses he has but hopefully Kyle will get on it before long too. I remember there was a Jean that posts who lives in NC.
