:I think that pears are the best and white grapes. The peel on apples have high phenolic content. If you follow the Feingold, this is a concern. Apples have a lot of sugar which is bad if there is a yeast problem. I still let Joe have apples in moderation and peaches. Peaches also have a high phenolic content. You may want to do a web search for the Feingold diet and decide if you want to incorporate this into the diet you are already trying.
I have read somewhere that certain fruits should be avoided by autistic children ,could anyone shed any light on this i.e which fruits to avoid. My kids are on G/F C/f Y/F and low sugar diets and anti fungal treatment via GP. Thanks C.K
