Thank you for your prompt response, I plan to check on it later. For now all I can say is that you should be careful and do plenty of research on the amino acids that they use- start with searching Medline I would say.
If you really want to try something, I would try creatine since there is more about it and its safety in the medical literature (I assume that you already read the article that I posted this evening and I read another one very similar to the one I posted).
