:Just how long do they keep him strapped in that $900 chair? Sounds a little scary to me. I found, with my 5 year old, she had much better success with very short sittings (1-3 minutes) every hour or two than with long sittings which just made everyone frustrated. Maybe I'm speaking out of ignorance, but I would be very uncomfortable with the idea of a strap-in potty chair - with a tray even. Do they feed him there, or is it for toys? We just bought a $5 "cushie-tushy" which nests on top of the toilet seat and makes it more comfortable to sit on. We went in every hour for 5 minutes until she "got it", now we encourage a visit every 2-3 hours. How do you do pottying at home?
