I have a brother and he is autistic. Sometimes he is happy. He looks directly to your eyes and gives you a happy smile. But, when he is not happy things just look like if it was hell!

My brother is 21 years old. He has been agresive since he was 6 years old. When he is agressive he starts bitting his arms as hard as he can. He continius doing it until he calms down. But he also bittes my mother really hard. Last year my mother arm was full of bites of my brother. It hurts me to see my mother being violented by my brother and also watching my brother hurting himself so badly.

I dont know what to do. He takes lots of medication. He takes Risperdal, Hidantal, and something to calm him down.

What can I do? Anyone has the same problems?
