I remember reading several weeks back about the pretreatment to Megson's protocol for Vitamin E. However, I also remember another post about giving natural Vitamin E in the form of Evening Primrose Oil. My research indicates that Evening Primrose Oil is full of essential fatty acids, no mention of Vitamin E. Where are people getting their Vitamin E from and can water-soluble version suffice?? The same post talked about Flaxseed Oil, doesn't that contain different essential fatty acids than Evening Primose Oil? I am so confused. What are people using the Flaxseed Oil for???
