Sorry Vanessa, I'm not the same person. I usually visit other boards and occasionally come to this one. I'm a parent of an autistic child that also has sensory integration dysfunction. I suggest you find a good OT that has alot of experience in SIT and find another way for her to cope with over-stimulation. My son did very well with the "brushing". Also, read the book "The Out of Sync Child", it will help you and your child. Good luck.
