I tried to post a follow up, but when I went back to read it, there was a different message in its place.
I had all my children tested for lead poisoning after Joe was diagnosed. My regular pediatrician begrudgingly ordered the test.
Joe had normal lead levels, but it is something that is worth investigating. Lead poisoning is a known cause of learning disabilities.
