I was giving him around 3750 i.u. a day and was lucky to get that down him. The clo I have now is 4853i.u. in one tablespoon, I give him about half of that. By the way, he slept for over eight hours last night after one dose. This could be a coincidence, but I'd like to believe it's the oil!Thanks.

: If you gave less than the daily RDA then I do not see any reason to listen to whatever other people say. If you are concerned about toxicity have a doc check his liver.
: You can also add L-carnitine (in any health food store), which helps the liver with all type of fatty acids.
