Hi, my friend has a child with communication disorder, but not a definate diagnosis, he seems far too social to be autistic, but has a tendency to shout/scream if he wants something, and this seems to be uncontrollable. Is this a tourettes syndrome symptom or is under the autistic umbrella, any thoughts would be apopreciated. Thanks
