Denise

Jewish law forbids the mixing of dairy and meat products in the same meal, hence kosher meat products are 100% dairy free, and kosher processed vegetable products need to be labled so as to be clear if they can be eaten with meat. I think these products are the ones which are worth getting as you can be sure that there are no dairy products hidden somewhere in the ingredients small print. This has no effect on Gluten products and kosher dairy products are obviously casein.
all the best
