I am a clinical psychologist who works in the NHS with adults with developmental disorders and I am aware that in the UK there are a variety of specialised local NHS or voluntary sector services aimed at managing the most distressing effects of autism or aspergers. (eg depression, severe anxiety, self injury, OCD)
I am about to do a survey of such services, but I am not aware of any list or register, so will have to find services by word of mouth and contacts.

What are the most useful approaches? What professions (if any)? How should they link with educational and social support systems and with parents and people with autism themselves? Do we need better diagnostic services for adults?

I intend to publish the results as well as using them for local service planning.

So...if anyone can put me in contact with specialised therapy services for adults I would be very greatful. I will share the information gained with all those who take part.
