There is not a special ed program in the school that is in our zoned area... They are sending him about 15 miles away from our house... The school in our zoned area is only a mile away !!! Is there a law that they have to get a spec ed program in our zoned area? They have offered transportation ,, but I don't really want him riding the bus .. He gets so upset when a car stops he is riding in ,,,, Jacob also has mental retardation and Cerebral Palsy ,,, I just want the best for him !!! Concerned Mother ,, DeAnna
