The diet would be the gluten-free, casein-free diet. (which means no wheat or dairy products.) Go to www.gfcfdiet.com and this will give you a lot of info about what to eat. Also, www.kirkmanlabs.com is where I order the "vitamins". My grandson takes "Supernuthera" and TMG. The TMG helped him be more verbal and happier. We buy the liquid and put it in his drinks. We had trouble getting him to take the Supernuthera, although it is citrus flavored. We have now discovered that if we make homemade popsicles with CrystalLight or Sugar-free Koolaid and add the Supernuthera and TMG, he doesn't even know it is there. Get your son off of the dairy and wheat. Also, our doctor wants Jake off of sugar and fruit until he tests for yeast, so his diet is limited, but we are constantly finding new things for him. (Go to a health food store for treats.) Vegetables are great. Also, corn chips, some potato chips, sugar-free jello and Tofutti (like ice cream). My son and daughter-in-law no longer have any bread in there house, but they have learned to live without it. Jake loves potatoes (baked, steamed, fried, & raw) You will be amazed at the difference this makes. Stick with it. Good Luck
