REPLY; 'We' have used seren aid for a year, in an off and on fashion and as follows. Grandson has be gfcf since March-June of '98. At first, we reserved it for times that appeared or were suspected of slip ups. Then we read the instructions, again. It said the company recommends seren aid be used at all meals and at all snack times. So, we started using it with all meals this past March, '99. Can't say there have been any noticeable bad side effects but it has seemed to take care of the times he has grabbed a breadcrust or piece of wheat macaroni somone left on their plate which was set down in the TV room, there was no reaction to that infraction. Overall, he seems to be doing better but I really can't pinpoint that to one specific thing or supplement. The other info on insert sheet withthe SerenAid does say that it's not designed for use by those Not on the gfcf diet...that is, it does Not replace the gfcf diet, it's to be used with it. Have you read their site? I'll get it for you but will have to leave off posting to retrieve from e-files. It is he site of Agape' Nutrition at present. It was annouced on the gfcf board that SerenAid will soon have it's own independent site, in Oct. or Nov. Grandma Peg
