Hi there! Well, not really too much more to say about the therapy. I finished 10 weeks (20 sessions). We have to go through my insurance company to see if they will allow me another 10 visits (My insurance goes for 10 visits at a time). I'm still doing the same routine. Which I do feel comfortable with. Today is a "bad" day for me. Can't figure out why. I've been having some pretty good days, now this. It's cold, rainy, and damp outside, maybe that's why??? I don't know...probably just an old wives tale.

The PT says he does see improvement and that he thinks that I would benefit with more visits. I feel like I'm at a stand-still right now. Not feeling any MIRACULOUS improvement right now. But I really was coming along pretty good for a while. Still doing all my home exercises faithfully. Haven't given up yet. I usually do feel better after the stretches, etc.

Also, you said you were doing a "new" stretch for the "butt muscle area?" I am only doing one. Feels pretty good too.....it's the one where your legs are up in the air, but bent at the knees and one leg crosses the other, then pull toward chest. Is there another one for that area? I'd love to know about it. That's where EVERYTHING stems from. Hip stretches feel pretty good too. That's another area thats always bothersome to me.

How did you make out with your chiropracter appointments? When is your appointment? I'm anxious to hear what they tell you. Also, how have you been feeling lately? How much, would you say, that the PT is helping you lately? Pain level?

Talk to you soon. Sue
