Hi Sue, I'm butting in really quick to tell you of a butt exercise my "good" pt gave me, you might already know about it, but here goes anyways. You lye on your stomache, bend your knees, and put your heels together. (my 5yr old does this in ballet and they call it the 'frog possition" it's so cute) Anyways, you press your heals against eachother, and then you release. You do about 10-20 of these and they feel great. I dont know if you can picture it but it's real easy. Hope it helps. Maria (Bos)
