: Hi everyone. For those of you, such as Vince, who know me I had back surgery a year ago exactly. I work at a library where quite a bit of the time I run the circulation desk and have to sit. I try to shelve books and do other things as sitting tends to hurt my back. I was put at the desk wwwaaaayy too long Tuesday evening and I am still paying for it. They are rearranging my schedule to accomodate my disability but in the meantime what should I be doing? I am doing some exercise and stretching and limiting my sitting as that hurts the most. I have some tingling in my left foot and that concerns me as I had sciatica before. No pain like that now though. I am taking Ibuprofin to help the inflammation. Any ideas would be gladly appreciated!!

Do you have a back brace or support? Are you walking and stretching everyday, EVERYDAY? I'm worried about you because I do a lot of sitting and have no problems.
