I used the word" malagram" because the person I was responding to spelled it that way. I normally don't go around writing about myleograms and am not the perfect speller that you are. By the way you wrote, "Than CT scans are done". You must have meant "Then". You also misspelled "continuously" and "dangerous" and used "your" when you should have used "you're". Wow, you made 4 mistakes! I have had three neck operations and pressure taken off the spinal cord. Tests include several myleograms, MRI's, CT's, bone scans and EMG's. I have never been sent home after a myleogram. Each time the dye was injected in the lower back. Just how does a "back myleo" differ from a "neck myleo" when a hole is put in my lower back and THE FLUID IS REPLACED with equal amounts of dye? My neurosurgeon told me it was the dye entering the brain that caused the headaches, but of course you know better. Why then would you have to lay flat with your head slightly elevated?
