Use every search engine you can to learn everything you can, hopefully it will allay some of your fears. Also, keep in mind that if you see a lot of negative posts regarding the procedure, it may be because the only ones who need to keep looking for solutions are the "failures" - there are LOTS of success out there who simply don't have a need to visit these boards any more.
