I have a Drug of Abuse (dated 1988) book from my former son-in-law who used to be a DEA agent. Another name for Talcen is Talwin. It is classed as a narcotic analgesic. It also has tylenol in it. My PDR says it is equal to codeine, mg, per mg. Someone gave me one a few years ago and I ended up talking and talking and talking. Sort of hyped me up. Hope this helps a little. Take care, Pat G.
