Hi "r picard" :) I think Francesca and Deb and James have given you some good advice. You know, I am only 37, and have been very active also, up until about 9 months or so ago, when, because I didn't slow down despite pain, I probably made my own problem worse, and ended up needing surgery a couple weeks ago. Even at my age, I am coming to realize (not without great disappointment) that I am not a youngster anymore, and there will be times when I have to take better care of myself than when I was a teenager. There are plenty of fun activities out there that will not have as much risk of injury for you - why not try out some new things? You might find something you really enjoy, that will be a little kinder to your body. Best wishes to you, and
God bless your day!
Jill
