Truely poping or adjusting your back feels good because of the inital relief, but you
might be adjusting the wrong disc. I have had back pain since I was 16 (now 27) and
I have had great success with Chiropractors. They can feel which disc is out and adjust
the correct one. I recomend trying not to "pop" you back or neck and let a good
Chiropractor take a look at you. I have walked in with extreme pain to trying to touch
my toes and walked out able to do it with no pain at all. Once you are fully adjusted
you don't want to "pop" you back or neck, because you think the pain will come back.
Being fully adjusted may take a few visits but once your adjusted you only need to go
maybe once every few months to get readjusted. Try it out the only thing you have to
lose is the pain.
