My Husband is typing this for me since i can't sit up yet. The surgery itself went well. It was worse than it showed on the MRI. I am having some complications with my left foot on the left side from my ankle down to my toes (mostly my big toe area) with numbness and weakness. It hurts more than i ever imagined and i am glad I did not opt for the fusion. He was able to do the microdiscectony, but had to use a larger incision then expected. I will be lurking on the board, but will not post anything until i can sit comfortably. Thanks to everyone for the support and prayers. :)
