I've had lysis of adhesions which is one step below epiduroscopy. They use wydase which is a protein that lyses scar tissue. At the same time, they inject cortizone. They use a fluoroscope for the procedure.

If that works, I think the next step is epiduroscopy. With that I think they use a catheder and put in a series of wydase injections.

I didn't have much scar tissue, so the procedure for me didn't work much. If you have any other questions...feel free to ask!
